Freddie Mac's Hoops for the Homeless® is a charitable basketball tournament that benefits the homeless population and organizations that support it. In 2008, the event raised $600,000 to alleviate homelessness, particularly among children and families in the Washington, DC region.
Thanks to Magic Johnson, Gilbert Arenas and all our celebrities and sponsors – as well as the thousands of fans – who teamed up to make the event so successful.
